Privacy Policy
How enTimify collects, uses and protects data.

This Privacy Policy applies to enTimify websites, the enTimify web app, the enTimify PWA, enTimify Telegram Mini App, enTimify Telegram bot and related enTimify services.
enTimify is a task-based time tracking product in the EnMeet ecosystem. This policy covers enTimify-specific data and does not replace separate policies for other EnMeet products.

3. Data we collect
- Account data, such as email address, user id, sign-in code state, authentication sessions and security metadata.
- Telegram data when you use enTimify through Telegram, such as Telegram user id, chat id, username, first name, last name, language code, avatar URL and bot or group connection metadata.
- Product data that you create or sync, such as workspaces, tasks, task codes, timer entries, timer context, task archive status, workspace roles, invitations, preferences and history.
- AI agent and agent-link data when you use agent workflows, such as scoped agent links, link creator, token hash, scope, workspace/task ids, instructions, allowed actions, active claims, work runs, work summaries, time entries, status changes and revoke/use timestamps.
- Billing data, such as plan, subscription status, provider transaction ids, invoices, entitlement history, refunds, cancellations and payment provider event metadata.
- Technical and operational data, such as browser/device information, app version, IP-derived security signals, logs, diagnostics, rate-limit events, sync state and abuse-prevention records.
- Analytics and measurement data, such as app launches, page or screen views, interaction events, referrers, approximate region, browser or device type and performance signals.
- Support messages and other information that you send to us.
4. Local-first storage and sync
enTimify can work locally before sign-in. Local-only tasks, timers, workspaces and history are stored on your device and are not sent to enTimify servers unless you sign in and sync them.
Clearing browser/app storage, changing browser profiles or uninstalling the PWA may remove local-only data from that device.
5. Cookies, app storage and similar technologies
enTimify may use cookies, local storage, IndexedDB, service-worker caches, authentication tokens and similar technologies to keep the app working, remember preferences, support offline use, protect sessions and sync account data.
If you create an agent link, enTimify may keep the raw link token locally on your device so the app can reuse the same active link instead of creating duplicates. enTimify stores only a token hash on the server, and you can revoke active agent links in the app.
enTimify may also use analytics and measurement technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or similar tools, to understand usage, reliability and performance. Where required, we follow applicable consent, privacy and platform requirements.
6. Analytics and measurement
When you use enTimify as a Telegram Mini App, we may use the Telegram Mini Apps Analytics SDK to understand app sessions, launches, basic technical context, feature usage and reliability signals for the enTimify Telegram Mini App.
We use this analytics to operate, debug and improve enTimify and to meet Telegram Apps Center integration requirements. We do not intentionally send task titles, timer notes, workspace content, support messages, payment details, precise location or files to Telegram Mini Apps Analytics.
enTimify may use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags and Google Analytics or other Google measurement services to understand website and app usage, page or screen views, referral sources, device or browser information, approximate region and performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical identifiers according to Google policies and our configuration.
We do not intentionally send task titles, timer notes, workspace content, support messages, payment details, precise location or files to Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
7. AI agents and agent links
enTimify lets authorized users create scoped agent links for a specific task or a workspace priority queue. An agent link is a capability link: anyone or any external AI/browser assistant with the link can access the limited brief and actions allowed by that link until it expires or is revoked.
The brief may include workspace name, task code, task title, task description, current status, agent instructions, allowed actions and a machine-readable API context. Agents may claim a task, record a short work summary and real time spent, and move the task to Testing when allowed by the link.
If you share an agent link with an external AI assistant, browser automation tool or other third party, that third party may process the brief and any task content you expose to it under its own terms and privacy practices. Share agent links only with tools or people you trust, and revoke links that should no longer be usable.
enTimify does not treat an agent as a normal workspace member and does not give it general account access. Agent actions are stored with agent attribution, authorization metadata and audit/operational records so workspace owners and moderators can review and manage them.
8. How we use data
- Provide, maintain and secure enTimify.
- Authenticate users and keep sessions reliable across web, PWA and Telegram surfaces.
- Sync product data between devices when account sync is enabled.
- Support team-enabled workspaces, roles, invitations and Telegram group integrations.
- Enable AI agent and assistant workflows that you authorize through scoped agent links.
- Process subscriptions, purchases, refunds, cancellations, entitlements and billing support.
- Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access and service disruption.
- Respond to support, billing, privacy, security and formal requests.
- Improve reliability, performance and product quality through operational diagnostics.
9. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed to operate enTimify, provide infrastructure, process payments, support Telegram integration, comply with law or protect users and the service.
- Hosting, database, networking, monitoring, email and security providers.
- Analytics and measurement providers, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Telegram Mini Apps Analytics, when used for the purposes described in this policy.
- Payment providers such as Telegram Stars and, when enabled, Stripe or other supported providers.
- Telegram when you use the enTimify Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, Telegram payments or Telegram group features.
- People, AI assistants, browser automation tools or other third parties that you intentionally give an agent link to, limited by that link scope and the actions allowed by it.
- Safety, anti-abuse or compliance recipients when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security.
10. Payments
enTimify does not store full payment card details. Payment providers process payment instruments under their own terms. enTimify stores the records needed to provide paid access, support billing issues, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet accounting or compliance needs.
11. Retention
We keep account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide enTimify. Billing, security, support and abuse-prevention records may be retained longer when necessary for accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, compliance or platform integrity.
12. Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@entimify.com. Where applicable law gives additional rights, such as objection, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent, we will handle those requests according to that law.
13. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your enTimify account data. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, refunds, charge disputes, compliance or backup rotation.
Local-only data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing browser/app storage or uninstalling the app.
14. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to enTimify, including encrypted transport, access controls, secret management, backups, logging and controlled deployment processes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
15. Children and age requirements
enTimify is intended for users aged 13 and older, or the minimum age required to use Telegram or online services in your country, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority in your country, use enTimify only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
enTimify is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data without required consent, contact us.
16. International operation
enTimify may be operated from multiple countries and may use infrastructure or payment providers located in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
17. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when enTimify, providers, laws or operating practices change. The Last updated date shows the current version.
